Adds Cmder for Windows A.K.A Cmder Slim Artifacts
- Look for cmder_win*.* on the artifacts page.
- A WHOPPING 10 MB on disk in its smallest form - No Terminal, No Git!
- No ConEmu or Windows Terminal is included.
- Cmder.exe launches straight into Cmder using Cmd.exe as the shell.

Going to have another one in about 5 min that adds Bash and PowerShell to this.
