New API not connecting to Elite #290

I have installed the latest beta version of EDDI but still cannot get it to access the Elite API. I get an "unable to login" message. My email and password are correct. Authorization codes are sent from Frontier to my email when EDDI requests them. But still cannot login.

I am on the last beta 2.4.0-b5 and Frontier API is still not working for me. I installed it over b2, which was listed as an update in the beta channel on 2.30.

Log says: 2017-10-07T20:27:37 EDDI:.ctor [I] EDDI 2.4.0-b5 starting 2017-10-07T20:27:47 Net:GetResponse [W] Failed to obtain response, error code Timeout 2017-10-07T20:27:47 EDDI:CheckUpgrade [W] Failed to contact update server

A few more lines later 2017-10-07T20:27:48 CompanionAppService:Instance [D] No companion API instance: creating one 2017-10-07T20:27:48 EDDI:.ctor [I] EDDI access to the companion app is disabled

then 2017-10-07T20:27:48 CompanionAppService:Profile [D] Entered 2017-10-07T20:27:48 CompanionAppService:Profile [D] Service in incorrect state to provide profile (NEEDS_LOGIN) 2017-10-07T20:27:48 CompanionAppService:Profile [D] Leaving

Trying the reset button is not working and after I enter my email and password, it waits a few seconds then it says "Unable to login" and in log: 2017-10-07T20:33:33 CompanionAppService:GetRequest [D] Entered 2017-10-07T20:33:33 CompanionAppService:GetRequest [D] Leaving

Everything else is working (galnet, edsm, eddn, etc) and even the EDDI access to update server was ok in 2.3.0 but not in this version.

The Frontier API connection worked 5 hours ago until just now. Sad face.

EDIT: and now it's back :) lol what's going on.
