Discovered Signal Source #292

It would be nice to have a verbal announcement every time a USS was discovered. I sometimes miss them if I'm distracted from the monitor, so an audible reminder would be useful. Could this be added to EDDI as an event?

PLEASE READ! Submit new issues @ https://github.com/EDCD/EDDI/issues Why did you submit a pull request? To answer your question, there is no event that EDDI can respond to when a signal source is discovered. The only event that we can "see" is when you actually enter the signal source, and there already is an "Entered signal source" event generated when that occurs.
