Now that GRiTS is working on large systems, we should use that in morphCT.

TODO

[x] rerun ITIC trajectory need to use planckton>0.7.0 with planar ITIC starting structure
[ ] finish ITIC tutorial

Then these workflows can be used in morphct-flow :)
