Need a more recent vogar.jar file available for download #40

The vogar.jar file currently available for download (from April) matches 
essentially none of the usage documented on the project's code.google.com pages.

It'd be nice to either update that, or remove the prebuilt jar entirely before 
the project is ready for regular versioned releases.
