Scrollbar issue in MultilineEdit control (textarea) #20

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Go to http://localhost:8080/Plex2EWeb/wcs(WEBCOURSE61Login mobile tutorial)
2. select  "Session by Day" button and select the session "Developing Web, 
Mobile and Cloud..." .
3. Click on "Abstract" button.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Page should display the text in textarea.If textarea has large text then 
scrollbar should be displayed by default.But scrollbar is not getting displayed 
even it has large string. In some other cases (e.g. CA Plex .NET Client…" 
session), scrollbar is getting shown but it doesn't show the down arrow key for 
scolling down in the textarea.

Please use labels and text to provide additional information.
