fix for scale and smear. Values and code (abs eta missing). New geome… #20

New values for scale and smear of de/dx. Fix in eta ranges definition for scale and smear. Fixes in the definition of FPIX disks: layerOrSideByLayer now is "disk" for FPIX, since it is more useful than the side. Name remained unchanged for sake of back-compatibility.
