Upgrade codebase to Laravel 5.4+ #3

Yikes, this is still using 5.0. Let's upgrade this to the latest release and look into using the new Echo feature

@1e4 unfortunately not yet, but it's on my to-do list, just no ETA at the moment 😕

Ah well. I'll figure it out eventually haha. Love your package. It has saved me many hours across several projects.
