[Bug] Character edit page buttons don't have appropriate cursor #22

On both the new character page and the character edit page, buttons don't have the cursor type "pointer" on hover, which would indicate they are clickable. For example, the "Add" button by skill specialties and the "Save Character" button.

Updated buttons to use pointer cursor.
