Multiple Column Sorting #12

Currently, columns are only sorted individually.  We should be able to sort
on multiple columns.  These could be added to the mix by holding CONTROL
and clicking on a column header.  A naked click would reset things back to
single column sort.

Code was added to implicitly multi-sort.  Crop name is now tacked on to all 
sorts as
the secondary sort.  If crop name is the sorted column, then variety name is the
secondary sort.
