raw exposure time / effective exposure time should always be between 0.6 - 0.95.

A lot of what we were trying to capture with this one is now covered with the light curve flags. But a function that produces a standardized suite of lightcurve plots for quick look would still be helpful.
e.g. correlation with detector position or response, strange exposure time corrections, unusual background, comparison against real and predicted error bars, robustness against bin size, sanity of the FITS movie. In the first iteration, just auto-generate plots for all of these with an option to automatically save them.
