Followup on the RevealJS #31

Currently a hotfix for HighlightJS being broken on slow connection is being used.

As soon this change will make into the stable release for the RevealJS, update existing hotfix with the official implementation.

Apparently RevealJS doesn't plan to introduce a special build without all language bundle included, though a fix for the timeout seems like is already fixed -> https://github.com/hakimel/reveal.js/issues/2162#issuecomment-427006719
