LS3MIP request for 3hr ps, prsn #402

Two variables requested by LS3MIP at 3hr frequency have been omitted from the LS3MIP-L3hr group.

@taylor13 : this is an error in linking the variables requested to LS3MIP experiments. It would be good to fix it soon. I could release a 01.00.31.post4 release to fix it (the "post3" version fixes a but in the API software), or wait until the new experiments are finalised and add it in with those at version 01.01.
