Remove ua/va 200/850 from 6hrPlev (DR 1.00.16) #69

@martinjuckes we have decided that you can remove ua200, ua850, va200, va850 that were only requested by PMIP in 6hrPlev.

We originally requested these because they were requested by CORDEX, but they are not requested by CORDEX any more, and can be computed from variables in 6hrLev
