Aerosol and dust optical depths: wavelength inconsistencies #26

There is an inconsistency between od870aer and od440aer for aerosol and od865dust and od443dust for dust -- see https://github.com/cmip6dr/CMIP6_DataRequest_VariableDefinitions/issues/219 . This was not corrected before the variable name freeze, so remains in place for CMIP6. Should be fixed in the future.
