depth2000m, depth700m and depth300m should be named like olayer100m #28

The 3 dimensions depth2000m, depth700m and depth300m were introduced with the naming pattern of depth100m, but should follow olayer100m, as they are intended as layers (see https://github.com/cmip6dr/CMIP6_DataRequest_VariableDefinitions/issues/347 ).
