How to reduce the total energy in Ex4 #5

Hi,

I've tried to implement the exercise 4, it seems that the velocity can be reduced and behaves normally, however the angular velocity will eventually become crazy. I think that might because the tangent force applied in the collision do not have something like the coefficient of restitution. Could you give some hint on how to make it stable?
