Hi, I'm trying to follow the steps your team has done in the paper.

I couldn't find any documentation how to actually run the program. (Maybe I'm just not familiar with perl language...)

Do you have any guidance for running VirMAP? (sample command lines, perhaps)

I've done the prerequisite steps(installing tools and perl modules).
