where can i get adjustSizesAndFilter.pl scripts? could you give a more detailed instructions for using virmap pipeline

also missing buildPseudoScaffolds.pl, clusterReferences.pl, mergeWrapper.pl,determineTaxonomy.pl,improveWrapper.pl， superScaffolds.pl

Hi Kyle,

I am currently on vacation and don't have time to fully clean and document the remaining scripts. They are the bigger ones and require more care.

I return to the US on September 23 and will be able to start cleaning up and pushing out code around the 27th.
