Typing sound doesn't work for Windows version 0.5.4 #34

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install using Windows installer
2. Run textroom
3. Start typing

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected to hear sounds, don't hear any

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
TextRoom v.0.5.4, Windows XP Professional SP2.

Please provide any additional information below.
Same thing as in issue #30, just different platform. I wanted to make sure 
that Windows version includes the patch mentioned in reply to #30 issue.

Just now I can't control the Windows binary since I don't have a Windows 
machine. But I 
will try to look at it soon. Thank you for the report.
