[Request] Ability to disable random emote text

Hey there,

I've been updating mods and I noticed that the random emote now displays text in the chat window every time it's used. I'm sure someone asked for this and enjoys the feature, but it's incredibly visually noisy/distracting and forces the chat window to unhide itself.

Can this optionally be disabled?
