[Request] hotkeys #87

It would be great if we had the option to bind hotkeys for the active emote wheel's 8 emote slots. An additional hotkey for playing a random emote on the current wheel would also be cool

This is something I do want to add, and attempted, but there's a few ways that I could do this, and I can't decide how it should be done. I will try to work on this in the future, though!

a hotkey to toggle first person/third person emoting would also be a welcome addition :)
