Cannot compile #6

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.ROS hydro fully installed
2.Follow the installations steps in http://code.google.com/p/rtabmap/wiki/ROS

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

$ svn checkout http://rtabmap.googlecode.com/svn/trunk/rtabmap rtabmaplib
$ cd rtabmaplib/build

OUTPUT:

I solve it doing cd rtabmaplib insted of rtabmaplib/build

Don't forget the double dots on cmake command. I updated the installation steps 
to make it more clear (also removed BUILD_LIBS_ONLY option which is not used 
anymore).

$ svn checkout http://rtabmap.googlecode.com/svn/trunk/rtabmap rtabmaplib
$ cd rtabmaplib/build
$ cmake -DCMAKE_INSTALL_PREFIX=~/<YOUR_CATKIN_WORKSPACE>/devel ..  [<---double 
dots included]
$ make -j4
$ make install

I'm also using Ubuntu 12.04, so I don't know what is the problem on your side. 
I will give a try on another computer...

A college has tried with another computer and it works. There must be some 
incompatibly with our laptop. We both have a MSI GP60 with a  i7-4700MQ 
processor. :(

I tried on another computer with Ubuntu 12.04 64 bits installed in a Virtual 
Machine on Windows 7... no problems to compile. It is strange if it is a 
machine issue. The assembly code errors seem to come from TORO 
(corelib/src/toro3d). This code was taken "as is" from 
http://www.openslam.org/toro.html. Are you able to compile TORO alone from TORO 
svn?

I'm pretty sure that the problem is about my processor (i7-4700MQ) and the 
version of GCC. I've updated to version 4.7 and then 4.8 and it did not worked.

Update: One of my colleague had the same problem, we solved it temporary by 
building the code in Debug mode:
