Now regarding your changes...

What is the current behavior?

Currently the ci is breaking on all commits independently if there is an issue or not, due to a deprecated action dependency.

What is the expected behavior from your changes?

Now it should evaluate correctly against all new commits, rejecting only the ones with issues.
