epub links aren't working #6

If an epub has a link embedded, it doesn't work. The hand cursor never shows for it.

This is due to an introduced bug with swipe: see ae2b4e541b19b1d5bd5174639d1e59e345c04aca.

issues with Brave browser on Android (Chromium 61), swipe is non-responsive on some pages - and never regains itself, except after refresh. OK for iOS 11, Android Chrome, Android Firefox Focus
