Default to Celsius #2

I think it would be best to default to a Celsius temperature reading, as that is what is most common in the 3d printing community.

With the latest version of Home Assistant (2023.2.x) you can now click on the temperature entities, select settings and change the unit of measure via the pull down. You can select from F, C and K.
