Support for Device Triggers #111

Adds in Home Assistant support for Device Triggers.

This allows automations to be triggered within Home Assistant on Print Start, Fail, Done, Cancel, Pause and Resume (so far) - more can be added later however I believe these will be used most!

This was added at the request of @tideline3d in #105.

This is being superseded by Print Events sensor which is added in HA 2023.8 in the coming few days.
