Updated AlcaRecoTriggerBitsRcdRead_FromTag_cfg.py CMSSW template configuration file to run under CMSSW_12_0_3_patch2 (specifically DBESSource connection) and removed any code that were triggering legacy modules warnings (check PR #36129 concerning edm::EDAnalyzer LegacyModule).
Tested validation specifying global tag manually and updated default value to 120X_dataRun3_HLT_v3.
