This PR fixes a known problem with the eta efficiency of the positive eta region when using linear approximations (as set by the useapprox{True} flag in Settings.h) and displaced tracking.

@vegajustin26 Can you try to open your PR from a branch @ cms-L1TK instead of your own repo? I believe that will enable CI check, which is currently failing.
