TCD overflow fix #128

PR description:

This PR fixes the same overflow error that was fixed for the TC in #125 by @aryd, but for the TCD.

@SClarkPhysics noticed the error when running over the SingleMuFlatPt2To100 dataset for D76.

PR validation:

Can now run over the SingleMuFlatPt2To100 dataset without encountering the overflow error.
