McM dashboard not loading up sometimes #1133

McM dashboard has errors from time to time

Expected Behavior

Current Behavior

Permission denied error with the bashrc script.

Possible Solution

Steps to Reproduce

This happens not everytime but quite frequently and disappears if I refresh the screen. Happens in this link https://cms-pdmv-prod.web.cern.ch/mcm/dashboard

Hi @sihyunjeon, thanks for the description. This is similar to other bugs related to Kerberos. Maybe, after finishing #1124, we can include a similar update for the McM application to mitigate this
