Prevent from sticking an invalid dataset name in the doc #16

if one updates a doc before it is acquired, an un-physical dataset name is registered in the document, creating un-ncessary queries to dbs, and making the history having different datasets in it. See 7a02d3ffeeb633b64cb9faf751e41049ec6d1b3f.

This is not required for the time being, as it's always been that way. On the other hand it has implications on the multiple-growth representation as the -v0 dataset will be seen in the history and will be plotted at 0 until the dataset gets acquired, which can actually be a way of seing the "acquire" in the plot. For the time being, the compare_dictionnary needs to be protected.
