Refactored MorphingSM2017.cpp executable (removed unused options, code, outcommented code)
Refactored HttSystematics_SMRun2.cc (removed unused and outcommented code, unused control region fits)

@mflechl I'll mark my questions regarding the uncertainty model in HttSystematics_SMRun2.cc with comments in the PR.
