All 'inactive' analysis packages have been moved to https://gitlab.cern.ch/cms-hcg/ch-areas and removed from the CombineHarvester repository. This gives users the flexibility to check out only the packages they need, while still keeping the packages in the same place to have plenty of examples.
The repository README has been edited to reflect this change. The HIG17031 package has not been moved as there is still an open PR affecting this. Once that PR is merged and the package does not require further changes it should also be moved to the cms-hcg group on gitlab.
