PostFitShapesFromWorkspace produces single-bin histograms in some cases #280

I haven't yet investigated but I think this happens when using a physics model that scales some contributions by -1*POI. When using the default physics model the distributions (for the specific example I was looking at) have the same number of bins as the input datacard.
