Cleaning up of GenBosonDiLeptonDecayModeProducer and GenDiLeptonDecayModeProducer #35

The changes in Artus (https://github.com/artus-analysis/Artus/pull/47) require the adaptation of some code, since the GenDiLeptonDecayModeProducer is now based on the outputs of the GenBosonDiLeptonDecayModeProducer. I also remove the duplication of runs of these producers in the configs for run 2.

I would like to merge this on Monday afternoon (after I have compared the sync ntuples), if nobody has any objections.

I compared sync ntuples produced on the master and on the gen_cleanup branch. They show perfect agreement: http://tmuller.web.cern.ch/tmuller/plots_archive/2016_08_22/sync_plots/.

(They do not perfectly agree with the latest sync ntuples by Fabio, but I think this is not expected after all changes in the meanwhile. Nevertheless, one should keep track of the changes and have a set of up-to-date ntuples at hand.)
