Doxygen doc update #64

Hi this is an update for the previous PR for doxygen documentation. With this PR also python is added and some changes in styling etc. also small histograms are generated to show class inheritence etc.

IMPORTANT: Somehow we need to host this. Are there some ideas? :)

Added publishing script to gh-pages. Also configured travis to run the script. And I added an access token for travis, such that he/it is allowed to push to gh-pages!

I think everything is fine now. Definitely need some more work on styling and obviously more comments in the code! Anything else from your side
