Merge CMSSW_747 into master #67

As you all know, we pushed the decision to work on a new CMSSW version in the beginning of the year. Our concerns regarding the compatibility of CombineHarvester have been solved in the meanwhile. Therefore, it is just logical to merge this branch back into the master to stick to the usual git workflow. I have done the merging on my fork and tested it using my analysis and an example Artus call on lx3b.

Please review and suggest changes or further tests to be executed. I'd be happy to fix any bugs related to this PR. Expecially those of you who where working on the master the last time, check whether your analysis runs as usual. For testing purposes you can checkout the repository here: https://github.com/dwolfschlaeger/HiggsAnalysis-KITHiggsToTauTau

I made some adjustments concerning this PR. I made sure that all filelist and everything concerning the LFV analysis is on the status of the master.

Right beside the green merge button, there are instruction how to test this PR in the command line :) Please check it out :)

Official change to CMSSW8. Finally! ... Again
