Simultaneous equation method #69

Hello, I would like to merge this branch back into the master next week. The implementation of the simultaneous background estimation method is done and just some analysis specific settings ("cosmetics") must be adjusted. So this no longer a reason to do this on a feature branch. There are plans to improve the whole implementation providing a cleaner and easier-to-debug code for background estimations in the et and mt channels but I suggest to postpone that to a later occasion and do it on a feature-branch for exactly this purpose.

I will do some clean up and then I should be mergeable.

In the meanwhile, I did the clean up and I also extended the functionality to the others channels, too. Here a small overview about the changes of this PR:

  1. Development of the EstimateWjetsandQCDSimEquationMethod module.
    • Can be envoked using --background-method simeqn in the controlPlots script.
    • The new method affect only the et and mt channels. In the other channels the old method will be called.
  2. Development of the QCDfactors script with all associated sample settings and prefit QCD estimation module. See the wiki of the CP analysis for instruction how to perform the steps of the determination of the OS/SS factors.
  3. New cut_type introduced called cpggh. Can be evoked in the controlplots script using --cpggh.
  4. Natural changes and developments concerning the configs of the CP analysis in the process of testing and debugging the new method.
