Fixing an issue for 0 event muAODs for UL17 #1226

Fix concerning muAODs that were produced with 0 event for UL 2017. It concerns:

-the whole DoubleEG dataset (all runs) -the whole ttHJetsToEE dataset -a tiny fraction of runB for DoubleMuon and SingleElectron datasets

yes, I ran data ntuples over the weekend and they seem to have come out fine
