Tprime and HTo4g analysis samples #1263

adding 2016, 2017 and 2018 samples for low mass and Tprime analyses

2017: /TprimeBToTH_Hgg_M-*_LH_TuneCP5_PSweights_13TeV-madgraph_pythia8/RunIIFall17MiniAODv2-PU2017_12Apr2018_94X_mc2017_realistic_v14-v2/MINIAODSIM

2018: /TprimeBToTH_Hgg_M-*_LH_TuneCP5_PSweights_13TeV-madgraph_pythia8/RunIIAutumn18MiniAOD-102X_upgrade2018_realistic_v15-v2/MINIAODSIM

Mass points = 600,625,650,675,700,800,900,1000,1100,1200

2017: /HAHMHToAA_AToGG_MA-XXGeV_TuneCP5_PSweights_13TeV-madgraph_pythia8/RunIIFall17MiniAODv2-PU2017_12Apr2018_94X_mc2017_realistic_v14-v1/MINIAODSIM

where XX = 15,20,25,30,35,40,45,50,55,60

(NOTE: 2017 35 GeV mass point not available in DAS)

Hello @youyingli! Now, these samples can be merged. I have closed my last PR as there were a lot of conflicts with those updates. So just thought it is better to make a new clean PR not to mess up the catalogs.
