shifting Summer19UL MC microAODs with MiniAOD-v1 dataset catalogs to new catalog directory with "_Summer19UL" labels
"_Summer20UL" labels catalog directories are kept for recommended UL20 MC samples and MiniAODv2 dataset catalogs

Hi @panwarlsweet, could you please change "_UL19" and "_UL20" to the common names like "_Summer19UL" and "_Summer20UL"?
