More datasets added to Summer20UL catalogs #1307

Adding the datasets for the eras 2016preVFP and 2016postVFP requested here and also here.

The UL18 sample: /DiPhotonJetsBox_MGG-80toInf_13TeV-sherpa/RunIISummer20UL18MiniAODv2-106X_upgrade2018_realistic_v16_L1v1-v2/MINIAODSIM seems already in the UL18 catalog.

@emanueledimarco Thanks for the contribution. It seems to miss the TTbar sample requested there OK, the TTbar contribution could be small. but let's wait for the TTbar sample and merge it. Meanwhile, @rohithsaradhy @Xingfu23, could you please use pull to update the PR if necessary?

OK I am submitting the TTbar sample now. Will update this PR when the catalog is ready.

@youyingli added the TTbar sample (it took a while to get the dataset done, since it is quite big)
