Add streamer files for the beamhlt DQM client unitTest #1

PR description

This PR adds the streamer files needed as input to the unitTest of the beamhlt_dqm_sourceclient-live_cfg DQM client, which has been activated in: https://github.com/cms-sw/cmssw/pull/37667

The added streamer files, from stream streamDQMOnlineBeamspot run 346373 (OMS link), are:
