Update `DQMOnlineBeamspot` streamer files with new EventContent #3

PR #39347 requires a change of the EventContent in the DQMOnlineBeamspot stream to include information on the OnlineMetaData from FED 1022. This is being integrated in JIRA-CMSHLT-2464 and will be deployed online when the collision data-taking restarts (in ~2 weeks). Once real streamer files with the new event content will bee available we need to update the files in this repository and the corresponding unitTest in the beampixel client.

It is, thanks for the reminder! I'll ask DQM team to provide a few streamers from pp collisions.
