Update data.txt #18

Some datasets will be removed from the release (see https://github.com/cernopendata/opendata.cern.ch/issues/3184), update data.txt accordingly.

@JosueDavalos Maybe you can help with this, it looks impossible to remove an entry.

I want to remove PPD_pLHE_Taskchain_Test (it has been removed from the release) but whatever I do I always find it back in the game when I test locally. I removed it from data.txt and default-DESKTOP-NU65PCE-2021-09-20-215309.dump, rebuilt images with --no-cache. Where else can it come from?
