Fixed rare numerical problems #43

Two fixes of rare numerical problems (division by zero and sqrt of negative argument) are added on top of official release 10.6.

@mrodozov , it seems that a problem is in in cmsdist modifications. As I understand, the first failer is in CLHEP: fatal: Could not parse object '632e227e4d9595a37e94099da48504fe97e552c0'

after "geant4-G4PhotonEvaporation/5.5-d3c1ae if not existing"
