Update Geant4 to the version 10.6p02 #46

New Geant4 patch 10.6p02 is available. It includes only technical fixes, at least, one is important for CMS. It is expected no change of simulation histories for low statistics. Patch may be uploaded from url:

https://github.com/Geant4/geant4/releases

It is expected to use this both in GEANT4 branch and 11_2_X.

@civanch , is this is Geant4 patch you were mentioning during the ORP? We had this in GEANT4 IBs for few days ... right? Do you want to have a new G4 IBs with this to see the regression and then finally merged it in 11.2.X master IB?

@smuzaffar , yes, this patch has been tested by me and Sunanda. It provides very similar results as 10.6p01 but there is difference in regression, so before merging to the master it would be correct making an extra IB 11_2_0_pre2_geant4_10.6p02
