Expected Behavior

Need to update the getConfig function: https://github.com/cms-gem-daq-project/gem-light-dqm/blob/e3215e21f5d0d11fac4f506dfbb657fae2c91ccf/dqm-root/src/common/dqmMain.cxx#L15 according to the DB changes.
