New Feature: Adding Functionality for Multiple AMC's

Description

I've added functionality for multiple AMC's. Right now the AMC slot position is, sadly, hard coded; the choice of slot layout follows QC8 uTCA crate shelf01.

Motivation and Context

Need the ability to readout multiple AMC's in a crate.

How Has This Been Tested?

It hasn't yet...but will be as soon as additional detectors are made available from the production team.

Merging with a notice that it has to be tested. Actually, a prelim test can just be run over existing datasets (extra placeholders for non-existing AMCs will be simply empty)
